1 Corinthians 3 7 So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase. 8 Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: and every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labour. -kjv 7 So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow. 8 The one who plants and the one who waters have one purpose, and they will each be rewarded according to their own labor. -niv 7 So then neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God who gives the growth. 8 Now the one planting and the one watering are one in purpose, and each will receive his own reward according to his own labor. -hcsb Observation: The laborer will receive the reward according to his own labor and we cannot measure that labor with specific metrics because that work is the laborer's own efforts mingling together with divine intervention because it is the Holy Spirit that cause a person to believe in Jesus. Thus, it is God who is going to decide on the extent of the rewards. Any comments from you guys?
